Application for enrollment in RIICT programs is subject to our admissions policies and procedures. By submitting an application, you agree that:

• You will provide any additional documentation requested during the admissions process
• Acceptance into a program is at the sole discretion of RIICT and does not guarantee completion
• You will abide by all institutional policies, codes of conduct, and academic standards
• RIICT reserves the right to withdraw an offer of admission if misrepresentation is discovered

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of RIICT or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent. Course materials provided to students are for personal educational use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RIICT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to RIICT in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
