Dr. Martin Y. Kamara
President & CEO
USADr. Martin Y. Kamara is the Founder and President of RIICT. With over 20 years of experience in information technology and education, Dr. Kamara has dedicated his career to bridging the digital divide in Sierra Leone. He holds a Doctorate in Information Technology and has worked with several international organizations before establishing RIICT in 2021.
Mr. Joseph A.O. Kamara
Vice President & COO
USAMr. Joseph A.O. Kamara serves as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He brings extensive experience in business administration and operations management. Mr. Kamara has been instrumental in developing RIICT's operational frameworks and strategic partnerships.
Mr. Moses S. Kamara
Chief Financial Officer
SLMr. Moses S. Kamara is the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. He brings over 15 years of experience in financial management and accounting, ensuring sound financial practices and sustainable growth.
Mr. Alicious Alie Kamara
CTO / Director of Technology & Services
SLMr. Alicious Alie Kamara leads the institute's technology infrastructure, digital learning platforms, and technical support services. With a strong background in IT systems and network administration, he ensures RIICT's technology environment supports effective teaching and learning.
Mr. Issa Turay
Secretary General / PRO
SLMr. Issa Turay is the Secretary General and Public Relations Officer. He manages institutional communications, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs. He serves as the primary liaison between RIICT and its partners, students, and the broader community.

Abdul Aziz Bangura
HOD Hardware
SLHeads the Hardware department, specializing in computer maintenance, installation, and repair training. He brings hands-on technical expertise ensuring students gain practical skills in computer hardware.

Deputy HOD Application Packages
SLServes as Deputy Head of the Application Packages department, supporting training delivery and curriculum development. Works closely with students to ensure they master essential office productivity tools.
